NNPP says they have not suspended the Kano governor

Kano State’s sole governor Abba Kabir Yusuf is not suspended according to the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP). Governor Yusuf is a good member of the party Dr. Ahmed Ajuji said at a press conference held yesterday at the NNPP national headquarters in Abuja.

He also mentioned that he was not suspended. To ensure proper documentation we have no reason to suspend Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf. He is a legitimate member of our esteemed party and a deserving representative of the NNPP and we are proud of his leadership and exceptional accomplishments in Kano State. .

Essentially the chairman stated The NNPP did not suspend our governor. . Ajuji claimed to have found amusement in the announcement made early this week by those he referred to as expelled political comedians hirelings and clowns craving for relevance regarding the party action governor Abba Yusuf regarding his attendance at the NNPP national convention.

The jokers’ sponsors and intended audience had grown weary of the partys national leader Engineer Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso being suspended and eventually expelled so they recapped a badly written movie and a broken record about the suspension of the governor of Kano State.

These political operatives were also employed to undermine Governor Abba Yusufs candidacy for the party in the general election of 2023 at the Tribunal Court of Appeal and Supreme Court by fabricating allegations that he had not been duly and properly nominated by the party.

Glory to God the justices of the Supreme Court in their wisdom saw through their deception and concurred with us and INEC that Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf is an authentic member of the NNPP. The National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting and the National Convention which are scheduled for Friday, April 5 2024 and Saturday, April 6 2024 are being attempted to be scuppered by the same group of people who have previously filed multiple lawsuits against the party leadership” the chairman stated.
