The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu, talked with the governor of Abia State, Alex Otti, on Friday.
The meeting happened at the governor’s house in Umuehim Nvosi in Isiala Ngwa South area.
Kalu posted on Facebook that he had a meeting with the state government to talk about working together to make Abia State better.
He praised Governor Otti for his unselfish and dedicated way of governing.
The deputy speaker says that Abia State is starting to regain its respect and feeling proud.
“As more businesses grow and invest in Abia State, it shows they are committed to creating more jobs for our people and improving the state’s economy. ”
“I’m glad we’re working together and I hope our state keeps getting better because of it,” said the politician.
