The PDP and APC in Osun State disagreed about how well Governor Ademola Adeleke’s government is doing.
The APC in Osogbo said that Adeleke is not a good leader and makes decisions without thinking carefully.
The party’s director of media and information, Chief Kola Olabisi, said that only the military government was as disorganized as Governor Adeleke’s government in running the state.
Lawal was thinking about why Governor Adeleke wouldn’t listen to the people of the state, no matter their political beliefs. The governor is giving fuel subsidy benefits in the form of grains, rice, and cash to everyone.
He said there’s no reason the governor can’t keep his promise to have state meetings on Wednesdays as they do in Osun State. Right now, they only have fake meetings and the commissioners and special advisers don’t have a platform to have meaningful discussions about how to improve the state.
PDP said that APC’s statement shows they are desperate and disappointed because Governor Ademola Adeleke is doing very well. They are making up fake stories and lying because they are not happy with Governor Adeleke’s performance.
The party that is in charge responded through the state chairman, Hon. Sunday Bisi said that the accusations against the Adeleke government were full of lies and anger. He also suggested that the opposition should admit they lost the election before 2026.
The chairman said that the state APC is not doing well against Governor Adeleke. He said that their strategy of spreading lies and misinformation has made people like the governor even more. The opposition’s approval rating is now less than 10 percent.
The Governor of Osun State, Adeleke, is doing a great job and is being recognized for it. People from inside and outside the state are giving him awards. The opposition should accept that he has done better than them from 2018 to 2022.
