The Nigeria Railway Property Management Company Limited in Kaduna said they will start fixing up their buildings and other things along the Kaduna railway soon.

The management is not happy with how the properties look right now. They want to fix them up so that people can use them and get their money’s worth.

The company’s task force closed ten rented buildings in Kaduna south during a routine check on Thursday.

The boss of RPMCL, Mr. ___, spoke to reporters. Timothy Zalanga was upset because the people living in the buildings weren’t following the rules. He said he would make sure they paid all the money they owed for rent.

He said they tried to help the people do their business without being bothered, but they were hated because people didn’t think they could keep it up.

“At the same time, he said that the government should make sure that people who run businesses in their buildings pay their rent on time. He also encouraged them to think of the government as their friend in making progress.

“A few weeks ago, we sent some people to put up notices, but they didn’t take them seriously. ” So we decided that my team and I will talk to the task force to make sure people follow our rules, especially when it comes to paying rent.

“We need to figure out how to fix up the area and make it better for everyone who uses it. We’re not trying to kick anyone out, just make the place better for everyone’s businesses. ” Soon, we will create a design plan that fits their budget and makes the place look nice for both of us.

“We are sending the disagreement about making peace to the main office. ” They will show proof that they paid, and we will check what they owe and settle the payment.

“We want them to do their legal businesses, and we will support them. But the government also has to make sure that people who have businesses in their buildings pay their rent. We want them to see the government as a helpful partner. ”

“We are not trying to make anyone go out of business, but we want them to do the right thing. ” They keep their papers so no one bothers them while they work because it’s what’s best for them. “We are asking them to get their proper papers and to pay their rent on time,” explained Zalanga.

In his answer, the Chairman of the Railway Feed Miller’s Association and Raw Material, in Kaduna South, Mr. X Eric Osademe said the exercise was okay.

Osademe said that they will follow the rules and regulations and are ready to do what they are told. They already got their forms.

“We will make sure to find a solution and make sure that everyone has the documentation they need to keep their businesses going,” he emphasized.”
