A sad thing happened in Jos, the main city of Plateau State. An employee of the Jos Electricity Distribution Company got electric shock while fixing something in the Abbatoir area of Jos South.

BNN found out that a person named Friday was killed by electricity while trying to fix a problem with the electrical system in the Abbatoir community in the capital city.

Someone in the area, who did not want to be named, said the person died when the electricity came back on at the pole they were working on.

The late Friday was very dedicated to his job and always helped customers when their areas had problems. He always answered their calls.
